3. Reserve your lot with a land purchased contract.

 

4. Prepare construction financing or cash funding.

 

5. Complete your finish selections using the cabinetry, countertop, flooring, and upgrade menus.

 

6. Execute your construction contract and begin the build process.

Our average build times range from 6-9 months, however delays due to weather, material availability and change orders can always add to the project completion date. Please budget accordingly.
