Tim Rohman is a dedicated Realtor, husband, and father who brings passion, integrity, and a deep love for the Ozarks to everything he does. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2019, Tim has built a strong reputation specializing in short-term rental investments, helping clients navigate the unique opportunities of the Branson and Table Rock Lake area. With over $65 million in STR sales, he’s recognized for his hands-on approach, market insight, and commitment to helping others achieve their investment goals.
Taking risks is nothing new for Tim. Originally from Peoria, Illinois, he moved to Branson, Missouri at just 18 years old, ready to start his life and carve his own path. After a successful career in retail, he decided to bet on himself and make the leap into real estate — a decision that’s shaped both his success and his story.
Outside of real estate, Tim and his wife Emily own a popular hair salon in Hollister, where their family’s entrepreneurial spirit continues to thrive. Together with their son, Carder, they love spending time outdoors — hiking, camping, kayaking, and exploring new places. When they’re not on the trail or at the lake, you’ll probably find them cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.

Kenya is a native of Star City, Arkansas and has been in the entertainment industry as a touring choreographer, dancer and singer since her teen years. Over 30 years ago, she moved to Branson to continue her work on the stages here and to live a "normal" life with her husband, Marty and son, Colin. Five years ago, Kenya transitioned from the stage to full time real estate, where her passion for people and strong work ethic quickly set her apart.
